| About Peter Fletcher |
| Since 1979, Peter has been actively engaged in the full-time practice of residential, investment, and commercial, real estate sales. Peter has also been active politically in his local and state associations. He served twice as president of his local board (1996, 1986), where he was integral in developing their first multiple listing service. Peter served as State Director to the California Association of Realtors (1996, 1984-1986). In 1986, he was named Realtor of the Year. In 1998, Peter was voted "Best Real Estate Agent in the East Bay" by a voter poll in the East Bay Express. |
| Territory, and Scope of Work |
| Peter works virtually. He carries with him his expertise, and is therefore comfortable working nearly anywhere his clients have need. He has sold property in most of the cities in Alameda and Contra Costa counties, and beyond. San Francisco, Marin, as far as Redding, and Sacramento, Peter has been ready, willing, and able to help. Although Peter`s main activity is listing and selling homes, he has also listed and sold income property (often with the use of the 1031 tax deferred exchange process.) His scope of business also includes the sale of commercial property. Peter has also given council to other real estate agents, attorneys, and professionals. |
